Nortel Contivity Password Recovery

no longer configure because the administrator's username and
password has been lost or forgotten?
Digital Business Options offers a Password Recovery Service
that will determine the administrator's username and
password making the switch useable again.
Recovery Service Features:
Digital Business Options will recover the administrator's
username and password without adding any files or changing any
configuration parameters. After recovering the administrator's
username and password, we create and provide you with a Nortel
Contivity Recovery Disk. We understand the need to keep your
configuration data confidential. We will not review or maintain
any record of your configuration data.
Recovery Service Options:
The following optional services are available to you:
- Reset the switch to factory defaults.
- Purge all log files.
- Upgrade the code. (You must provide us with the licensed
software)
Requesting the Service:
Please follow the following procedure to expedite the process.
- Place your request for this service with us via an email
to specifying the model number of the switch requiring the
service.
- We will confirm via email that we agree to recover the
administrator's username and password along with any optional
services that you request and provide you with our shipping address.
- You are to ship the switch to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS
(insurance optional) and include a pre-paid return shipping label.
- You will forward the tracking number to us.
- We will recover the administrator's username and password and perform
any optional services that you requested.
- We will contact you via email to inform you that the services have been
performed and request that you submit a $200 fee to Digital Business Options.
The preferred method of payment is via PayPal.
- When we receive confirmation that the payment has been made, we will ship
your switch, along with a Nortel Contivity Recovery Disk, to you using the
pre-paid shipping label that you provided.
