How does Digital Business Options address security issues when monitoring my network and servers?

Digital Business Options understands that data security is a critical issue for ourselves and our customers.  Our monitoring solutions are deployed with either point-to-point, frame-relay or across the Internet.  The systems communicate through a firewall to your network via a virtual private network (VPN).  The VPN tunnel provides a secure method of encrypting data packets at your location and sending them to our Network Operations Center.  When the packets are received at our NOC, they are decrypted and processed.

Each customer is provided with an exclusive VPN tunnel to ensure that a customer's data can not be accessed by another customer.
